![]() There was an important detail left out when making the reservation that made the check in process stressful and the front desk agent was very quick to put blame on the reservation line and suggested I leave a comment in their comment box.thanks?.The room was so hot the whole time in the room and the window barley opened, the AC unit wouldn't stay on long enough to cool the room down and the bed was very lumpy. The 5-6 different front desk agents we passed while we were there barley looked up from the computer or were no where to be found. Every time we walked by we only got genuine acknowledgement from one person, the older gentleman standing by the bellhop counter. ![]() I work as a front desk supervisor in a tourist town and so the first thing I noticed was the lack of customer service. ![]() Not sure where we went wrong to not experience that our selves but we left very disappointed and not wanting to come back. We went here for my birthday getaway and we have heard awesome things about the hotel, rooms, buffet and over all experiences others have had.
